Most women have heard of kegels but they are beneficial for men too. Kegel exercises are simple to do. The same muscle that is used to stop the flow of urine is the one that is activated when doing Kegel exercises. 

The squeezing of this muscle strengthens the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor muscles support the genital organs, bladder, and intestines. Strengthening these muscles can help with bladder issues and sexual function.

A good routine for doing Kegels would be 10 repetitions held for 3-5 seconds each, three times per day.
