You are responsible for return shipping fees. The refund amount will be returned to the original form of payment used, approximately 5-7 business days after the return is received by our warehouse.
Only one opened product (per SKU) is eligible to return for a refund. Additional items of the same SKU must be in the original factory-sealed container when received.
If product is not being returned, we request details as to why you weren't satisfied. We utilize feedback as a means to improve our products and services.
DrVita guarantees that you’ll have the ability to finish one (1) bottle of each item purchased prior to the printed expiration date. Please refer to exceptions below for clearance items.
- Clearance Items: Clearance items may expire prior to the full consumption rate of the product.
- Shipping Fees: We do not issue refunds for shipping fees.
- Wholesale Orders: Reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. Contact Customer Service for help.
- Expired Product: We do not issue refunds for product that was not finished prior to expiration.
