The 200 Calorie Food Guide

When it comes down to it, 200 calories really means nothing in a daily diet.  But saying this, a lot people struggle with not eating more than one or two of these a day!  Portion is the key to having a healthy diet.  Here is a list of many different foods and how much it takes to get to 200 calories.  The results may surprise you.  You can eat a lot more carrots, which are healthy for you, than you can a candy bar!  You can tell which foods are better for you below.
