We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. Call our customer service line at 1-800-211-4188 or email Service@DrVita.com. We’ll provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
The refund amount (cost of product less shipping) will appear on your credit card approximately 7 business days after the product is returned.
Only one opened package of each SKU is eligible for return, all others of the same SKU must be in its original factory-sealed container for refund. DVDs that have been opened can’t be returned.
